Our team developed a comprehensive approach to guiding clients through the maze of various federal and state court rulings and administrative requirements regarding coverage issues that arose post-Katrina in the Gulf States.
Our attorneys routinely handle novel and diverse interpretation issues; analyze, investigate, and resolve coverage disputes; assist clients in reserving rights; investigate arson cause and origin claims; conduct examinations under oath; locate and prepare experts for trial; and position claims for litigation, should that be necessary, including filing and defending declaratory judgment actions. Our insurance expertise allows us to conduct discovery thoroughly and efficiently, often gaining a quick advantage.
