Andres Rey is an insurance defense attorney in Miami, Florida.  His practice focuses on defending insurers and their insureds in complex commercial litigation arising from property and commercial general liability (CGL) policies.

Andres is adept at handling complex commercial litigation, having spent over half of his career as a commercial litigation associate.  He’s managed cases involving breach of contract, fraud, business disputes, and all civil and commercial matters in various state and federal courts, including taking and defending depositions, drafting and reviewing motions, briefs, and discovery requests, and participating in trials, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.  Prior to his work in civil litigation, Andres represented individuals facing criminal charges throughout the state of Florida.

Andres is a 2015 graduate of St. Thomas University School of Law and is licensed to practice in the state of Florida.
