Giulia bollini

Giulia Bollini is an insurance defense attorney in Miami. Her practice focuses on first-party property matters across the state of Florida. She provides coverage advice to domestic and international insurance carriers in commercial property and construction defect matters. She also defends insureds in litigation across a variety of lines of business. 

Before joining Fields Howell, Giulia served as an associate in Miami at a national law firm where she gained experience providing coverage advice and litigating claims arising from homeowners’ property damage. 

Giulia first earned her Juris Doctor from “Roma Tre” University, in Rome, Italy. There, she was a team member and coach for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Upon moving to the United States, she earned her second Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, where she graduated in the top 5% of her class. During her time at Nova Southeastern University, she earned a CALI Award in Legal Research and Writing, participated as a member of the Nova Moot Court Society, Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, and served as a Member of the Nova Law Review.
