Noah A. Caldwell

Noah Caldwell serves as coverage and monitoring counsel for domestic and international insurers of various professionals. His practice focuses on professional liability claims against accountants and accounting firms, architect and engineering firms, lawyers, and other professionals.
Prior to joining Fields Howell, Noah gained experience in both New York and Georgia as a litigation associate. He began his career in private practice with a focus on representing clients in coverage and tort matters. In this role, he conducted pre-suit investigations, provided coverage advice, and gained experience in appellate work. He then spent a year in the financial services sector, representing clients in complex securities litigation and enforcement actions, drafting briefs, and assisting with FINRA arbitrations. Noah began his legal career as a Staff Attorney at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Noah is a two-time graduate of the University of Alabama. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude in history and economics with a minor in political science in 2017. He then went on to earn Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law magna cum laude, serving as an Articles Editor for the Alabama Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Law Review. There, he also participated on the Trial Advocacy Competition Team. Noah is licensed to practice law in Georgia.
