Insureds Breaking Bad: Tyler Bryant Walker to Present at ABA Seminar

Fields Howell attorney Tyler Bryant Walker is often called upon to share her expertise in insurance coverage and litigation. Her ability to stay ahead of current issues has earned respect in the industry, giving her the opportunity to address insurers and lawyers alike in national conferences. 

In her upcoming panel presentation, “Insureds Breaking Bad: Coverage for Narcotics Related Claims,” Tyler will discuss issues relating to class action lawsuits and claims that arise from an insured’s involvement in the manufacture, sale, and distribution of illicit or prescription drugs.  Tyler will serve as the panel’s moderator on March 6 at the 2020 Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE Seminar hosted by the American Bar Association. The seminar will be held at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tuscon, Arizona from March 4 – 7.

The following week, Tyler will also be presenting at the PLRB Claims Conference & Insurance Services Expo in Washington, D.C. on coverage issues relating to ride & home-sharing.
