Nicholas Patricios is an insurance defense attorney in Miami.
Nicholas first joined Fields Howell as a summer associate in 2025 and returned full time following his 2026 law school graduation. His prior experience includes serving as a judicial intern for the Honorable Darrin P. Gayles of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and for the Honorable Migna Sanchez-Llorens of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.
He earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 2026. While in law school, he served as an Articles Editor of the University of Miami International and Comparative Law Review. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Philosophy of Law.
