Zachary J. Ferreira

Zachary Ferreira is an insurance coverage and defense attorney specializing in matters pertaining to commercial general liability policies and property. He serves domestic and international insurers by providing coverage advice and preparing documents in litigation. Zack joined Fields Howell as an associate in 2019 after serving as a summer associate for the firm in 2018.
Prior to taking part in Fields Howell’s Summer Associate Program, Zack was deeply involved in his position as a research assistant for Professor Martha Grace Duncan at Emory University. In this capacity, he worked directly with Professor Duncan to prepare her work for publication in the Harvard Journal of Law and Gender. At Emory, in addition to completing his coursework in the top 10% of his class, Zack was an Articles Editor for the Emory Law Journal.
Zack earned his Juris Doctor with Honors from Emory University in 2019 after graduating magna cum laude from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Arts in History.
