Three Added to Partnership
Fields Howell is excited to announce the promotion of three attorneys to the partnership ranks. After years of hard work and exceptional client service, Miami’s Alery Delgado and John Golden, and Atlanta’s Tyler Bryant Walker, were all recognized for their contributions to the firm. In addition to being outstanding attorneys, all are fantastic people who have made a positive impact at Fields Howell.
Alery Delgado
Alery Delgado joined Fields Howell in 2018, bringing with her a wealth of expertise and legal experience. She provides coverage advice and serves as defense counsel in matters across the state of Florida, particularly in the areas of commercial litigation, commercial general liability, and bad faith. Her exceptional work ethic and ability to obtain positive results has made her an invaluable asset to the firm and its clients.
Alery is a member of the Dade County Bar Association, Cuban American Bar Association, and Florida Bar Association. In addition to her legal work, Alery has assisted with the firm’s recruiting efforts in Miami.
John P. Golden
John Golden has been with the Miami office for nearly five years. First joining as an associate in 2016, John earned the trust of partners and clients through his work on countless matters throughout the state of Florida. Much of his work is dedicated to commercial general liability and litigation, products liability, property claims, and business disputes. In addition to his work in Florida, John is licensed to practice law in the U.S. Virgin Islands and has been instrumental with growing Fields Howell’s practice there. With a background covering various aspects of the law, John is able to draw on his experiences to help clients succeed in a broad range of matters.
Tyler Bryant Walker
Tyler Bryant Walker first joined Fields Howell as Of Counsel in late 2019. With over a decade of legal experience, clients count on her to protect their interests on some of the most sophisticated matters. On numerous occasions, Tyler obtained summary judgement on behalf of insurer clients in claims seeking upwards of a million dollars.
Tyler has spoken on hot topics in insurance at national conferences, including coverage issues arising from the opioid crisis and gig economy. Tyler is a member of the American Bar Association and recently served as vice-chair of the 2021 Virtual Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE Seminar presented by the ABA Litigation Section.
