Armando Rubio is a partner in the firm’s Miami office. Armando has significant experience in the field of product liability, representing, among others, clients such as Porsche Cars North America, Inc., American Honda Motor Co., Inc. and Ford Motor Company, as well as numerous other manufacturers, designers and distributors of a wide array of products, including motor vehicles, consumer products, maritime vessels and heavy equipment.
Armando’s practice also includes commercial litigation, consumer protection and property, and routinely defends catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases, handling cases throughout Florida, the Caribbean and Latin America.
Armando received a Bachelor of Arts in History and English at Florida International University (1995) and his Juris Doctor from The University of Miami School of Law (2000). He previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Mario Goderich, Third District Court of Appeal.
Armando is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before all state, federal and bankruptcy courts within Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He has been identified among his peers as a “Top Lawyer” by the South Florida Legal Guide and is counted among the “Legal Elite” by Florida Trend Magazine.
