Nolan C. Hendricks

Associate – Atlanta

Nolan C. Hendricks serves as insurance coverage and monitoring counsel to domestic and international insurers of accountants, attorneys, architects and engineers, and other professionals.

Prior to joining Fields Howell, Nolan worked as an associate in the Atlanta office of a national law firm where litigated insurance coverage claims arising from bad faith, errors & omissions, construction defects, directors & officers liability, and general liability matters. He has conducted and defended depositions, drafted motions, negotiated settlement agreements, and assisted with high exposure litigation.

Nolan began his career in insurance work as a commercial underwriter and account executive in the Commercial Accounts and Ocean Marine Property & Casualty units for a domestic insurance carrier. In law school, he then served as a legal intern for another domestic insurer where he was on rotation with all of the carrier’s U.S. Legal teams.

Nolan is a 2022 graduate of Georgia State University College of Law. He earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude while serving as an associate editor of the Law Review, Vice President of Appellate Advocacy for Moot Court, on the executive board of the Student Health Law Association, and as an extern at the Georgia State-wide Business Court. Before entering law school, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management & Insurance with a minor in Religion from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business. At Georgia, he captained the undergraduate mock trial team.
