Victoria Lageyre is an insurance defense attorney in Miami. Her practice focuses on defending insurers and their insureds in matters arising from property, premises liability, and and construction defect claims.

Victoria first joined Fields Howell as a summer associate in 2023. During that time she researched case law in Florida and the United States Virgin Island, drafted motions and memoranda, and attended depositions and hearings. She joined Fields Howell full time in 2024 after obtaining her Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Her prior experience includes a semester as a judicial intern in the Second District Court of Appeal for the Honorable Matthew C. Lucas and her time serving as a research assistant to Professor Robert J. Rhee and Professor Robert W. Emerson.

In law school, Victoria was active in various activities, including serving as a Notes & Comments Editor for the Florida Law Review; as the Communications Director for the Association of Law & Business; as a Student-Ambassador for the ABA Antitrust Section; and as a member of the Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic, Latino Law Student Association, and First Generation Professionals Society. Prior to attending law school, Victoria earned two degrees from the University of Florida, first earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Business Administration, then earning a Masters degree in International Business.

Victoria is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
