Kelly Gresh is an insurance coverage attorney in Pennsylvania. Her practice focuses on representing insurers and their insureds in property and commercial general liability matters. She also serves as monitoring counsel for insurers in gig-economy liability matters by  evaluating coverage and advising on potential exposure. 

Kelly first joined Fields Howell in 2024 following her graduation from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. In law school, she was a Student Ambassador; served as a Student Attorney for the Villanova Law Farmworkers Legal Aid Clinic; as a Summer Associate at a boutique law firm in Bucks County, PA; and as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Denis P. Cohen and Honorable Chad F. Kenney in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas and U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, respectively. 

Prior to attending law school, Kelly worked as a foreclosure paralegal, having earned her Paralegal Certificate from Villanova University. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science.
