Marshall N. Lahiff is an experienced insurance defense attorney. He specializes in both small and large claims relating to first-party property, third-party liability, and premises liability claims. Before joining Fields Howell, Marshall was a partner at a mid-sized law firm based in Florida.

Prior to joining private practice, Marshall worked as a law clerk in the Civil Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida. While in law school, he also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Senior Judge Lawrence King.

Marshall earned his Juris Doctor in 2013 magna cum laude from the University of Miami. He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Foreign Affairs.
