Warren Adegunle is an attorney based in Atlanta. He serves as coverage and monitoring counsel for insurers of a wide range of professionals, including attorneys, architects, engineers, accountants, and other licensed experts. In this role, he advises insurers on potential claims and risk exposure, providing strategic counsel on complex matters involving professional liability.

Before joining Fields Howell, Warren was an Associate Attorney in the Chicago office of a regional law firm, where he litigated high-value construction disputes involving breach of contract, personal injury, and insurance-related claims. He also handled more than 100 mass toxic tort matters, many of which were resolved favorably prior to extensive litigation. Over the course of his career, Warren has conducted depositions and examinations under oath, drafted comprehensive coverage opinions and declaratory judgment actions, and managed litigation strategy from inception through trial.

In addition to his law firm experience, Warren previously served as in-house counsel for two major domestic insurance carriers, gaining valuable insight into claims handling, risk management, and internal operations.

Warren began his legal career as a public defender in Atlanta after graduating from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he received multiple legal writing awards and was selected as a White House Intern in 2014. He later earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2024, which strengthened his ability to approach legal challenges with a business-minded perspective—focusing on practical, cost-effective solutions that align with his clients’ broader organizational goals. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College.
