Toni Mitchell is a commercial litigation attorney in Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining Fields Howell, Toni practiced at a regional law firm in New Jersey where she represented businesses and government agencies in employment, commercial, and class action litigation. She also served as a judicial intern with the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey. Before beginning her legal career, Toni was a police officer with the Princeton Police Department for nine years while attending law school.
Toni earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in 2024, where she served as an ambassador for the Minority Student Program and as a Teaching Assistant for Legal Writing and Contract Law courses. Toni earned her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
