Mallory Daniel is an insurance coverage and defense attorney in Atlanta. She counsels domestic and international insurers in commercial general liability and property matters.
Prior to joining Fields Howell, Mallory served as an associate attorney at two Atlanta-based defense firms representing individual and commercial clients in professional liability and bodily injury matters. Mallory successfully drafted and argued motions, led mediations and settlement negotiations, and participated in jury trials. While in law school, she gained experience as a summer intern for the Honorable J. Randal Hall in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.
Mallory earned her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 2022 along with a Transactional Law Certificate. There, she was President of Phi Alpha Delta, a member of the Legal Association for Women Students, and a member of the Corporate Business Law Society. She earned her undergraduate degree from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Public Relations. During her time at Georgia Southern, Mallory spent a summer studying international politics at University College London and two summers in Washington D.C. interning for the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate.
