Daniel Witcher is a commercial litigation and insurance defense attorney in Atlanta, Georgia.
Daniel first joined Fields Howell in 2024 as a Summer Associate and rejoined the firm full-time following his law school graduation in 2025. Prior to joining Fields Howell, Daniel gained experience as a legal extern for the Georgia State-wide Business Court where he drafted research memoranda and attended oral arguments. He also worked as a legal intern at a company in the energy sector, where he assisted with contracts involving petroleum sales, nondisclosure agreements, and financial guaranties.
Daniel earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2025. He earned his degree cum laude serving as an Editorial Board Member of the Georgia Law Review and a 1L Representative for the Equal Justice Foundation. He earned his undergraduate degree from Wayne State University graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Daniel is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia.
