Crighton T. Allen
Associate – Atlanta
Crighton Allen provides insurance coverage advice to domestic and international insurers. In addition, Crighton represents insurers in coverage litigation, including the pursuit of declaratory judgment actions and defense of breach of contract. He is experienced in both property and professional work, having worked on commercial general liability claims as well as professional indemnity claims and circumstances.
Prior to joining Fields Howell, Crighton worked on a number of complex litigation cases and was responsible for managing and preparing pleadings and written discovery, drafting dispositive motions, preparing fact and expert witnesses for trial, and providing early valuation and strategy considerations in both state and federal courts.
Crighton earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2015 where he served as Senior Notes Editor of, and was published in, the Georgia Law Review.
