Christopher S. Kwelty concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation and construction law, and also represents Insurers and their Insureds in commercial litigation.

Chris is an experienced litigator and trial attorney who has represented clients in both state and federal court, as well as in arbitration proceedings. He represents clients in multiple industries for commercial litigation matters involving breach of contract, breach of warranty, construction and supply defects, professional liability, fraud and consumer fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, shareholder and member disputes.

Chris also has experience in handling other complex commercial litigation actions involving novel legal issues or class action and derivative matters. Given his experience in New Jersey courts, he has also served as local counsel for out of state law firms pursuing actions in New Jersey.

While Chris is a proven litigator and zealous advocate for clients in the courtroom, he also often called upon by clients to provide advice on various legal issues to help keep clients out of the courtroom.
