Christina M. Nosari
Associate – Atlanta
Christina M. Nosari is an experienced insurance coverage lawyer in Atlanta. Her practice focuses on representing global and domestic insurance carriers in complex coverage disputes. Much of her work has involved first-party property and business interruption disputes arising out of catastrophic events. She also has experience advising insurers in various third-party matters. In addition to her practice as an insurance coverage lawyer, Christina also has experience in insurance defense, having litigated matters in state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Fields Howell in 2020, Christina served as an associate at an international law firm in Atlanta. During her time there, she completed a secondment in the underwriting unit of a large insurance carrier.
Christina has worked on various multi-million dollar matters over her career, ranging from litigation involving the Medicare Secondary Payer Act to large property losses arising from catastrophic events. Before joining private practice, Christina interned with the Georgia Attorney General’s Office in the Commercial Transactions and Litigation Division.
Christina earned her Juris Doctor from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law in 2014. She also received a certificate in Advanced Legal Writing, Research, and Drafting.
