Adam Rivera is an insurance defense attorney in Miami. He represents insurers and their insureds in first-party property and third-party liability matters throughout Florida.

Adam joins Fields Howell with years of experience representing insurers both as in-house counsel and outside counsel while working at private firms. In these roles, he defended insurance carriers in first-party residential and commercial disputes, as well as suits involving coverage issues, breach of contract claims, and declaratory actions against clients.

Adam is a 2015 graduate of the University of Miami School of Law where he served as a staff editor for the Race and Social Law Review. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida and is licensed to practice law in both Florida and Massachusetts.
