Kevin Pardiñas attended Florida International University where he obtained a Bachelor in Political Science and graduated magna cum laude. Kevin received his Juris Doctor from Florida International University. While in law school, Kevin practiced as a student attorney in the Carlos A. Costa Immigration and Human Rights Clinic and clerked at the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C. After graduating, Kevin has practiced defense litigation in both state and federal courts pertaining to construction defect claims, employment/labor matters, privacy, general liability, commercial trucking, and condominium and real estate law.

Defended a wide variety of business including: jet ski rental companies; homeowners’ associations; property management companies; supermarkets; security companies; bars and taverns, and commercial trucking corporations, in personal injury and wrongful death matters.

Defended a property management company in a highly publicized wrongful death case and obtained a dismissal with prejudice for the client.

Represented commercial trucking corporation in a multiple wrongful death case where plaintiffs sought damages totaling $10 Million and obtained a favorable settlement for the client within 90 days.

Defended a wide variety of trade contractors, including: roofers; formwork contractors; window/door suppliers and installers; waterproofing and caulking contractors; and steel reinforcement contractors, in construction defect litigation cases.

Successfully defended a general contractor in a multi-million-dollar complex construction defect case.

Defended design engineers, general contractors, and trade contractors in construction injury cases.
